Once configured on iOS and macOS I discovered that this is more of a joke. I was shocked that you must create an on-line account before you're able to configure them, then your information is uploaded to Sonos and shared across other devices using that same login. I purchased Sonos Play:1's not too long ago however today was the first time I unboxed them and set them up. And so is which Controller you use - the dedicated Sonos Controller, Sonos Controller for iPhone, Sonos Controller for Mac or PC, or a combination of all four. You can play the same song in every room or choose different songs for different rooms.
